There was a clever wolf. He lived in a dense forest. Through the forest flowed a stream. The wolf used to kill small animals.
But he always found excuses to kill them. One day he went to stream to drink water. It saw a lamb drinking water down the stream. Its mouth watered to see it (lamb). It wanted to kill it.
The wolf asked the lamb, O fool, why are you making the water muddy ? The lamb replied, Sir, the water is flowing from your side to my side. How can I make it muddy ?
The wolf again asked the lamb, 'O, stupid, you abused me last year. The lamb said, Sir, I am only 8 months old, I was not even born last year. How could I abuse you ? The wolf asked angrily, 'If you were not born last year, then your father or mother must have abused me. So saying the wolf fell upon the tore it to pieces and ate it up.
Moral : False man wants lame excuses.
