It was the 20th of June. It was very hot. Ponds and wells were dried up. The farmers were sad. They prayed for rain. At last, God granted their prayer.
Soon the sky was overcasted with dark clouds. It thundered and flashed. Then it rained heavily. Boys ran out to bathe in the rain. The water began to flow rapidly in the streets and the bazaars. Children floated paper-boat, splashed water on one- another.
It stopped raining after two hours. The weather became very pleasant. A rainbow appeared in the sky. People arranged in the sky. People arranged mango parties. Everything looked fresh and gay.
