Science is systematized knowledge. It is based on the reason. Religion is faith. It is based on devotion. It does not care for reason. It appears that science and religion are opposed to each - other. They all poles apart. These can be no meeting point between them.
Science is the study of nature with open eyes. The scientist explores the laws of nature and then formulates his views. Religions is the study of the unknown God. Because God cannot be known so the saints tell us to believe him without questioning.
Science has given us so many comforts. We have electricity at our disposal. We have radio, T.V. set, refrigerators and other electricity machines. We can fly in air, reach distant places in no time. With the help science we have been able to overcome diseases.
Religion has also given peace to our minds and souls. So science and religion should not fight. They should both go on working in their own spheres.
