Last Sunday, some wrestling matches were held in the National Stadium. I had a chance to see them.
We, a few friends, went there by taxi. We bought tickets and went in. We got good seats.
The matches started at 3.30 p.m. A few unimportant matches were played at first. The people took little interest in them. Then the microphone announced the fight between Dara Singh and King Kong.
Both wrestlers entered the arena. They came and shook hands. The referee gave the whistle at 5 p.m. The match started. They pushed and pulled each-other. But neither could throw the other down.
In the meantime, Dara Singh played a trick. He pulled King Kong's right leg to throw him down. He made a wild attack on King kong and threw him flat on the ground. The referee gave a long whistle. The match ended. Dara Singh won the match. All cheered him.
