How to create Table in Canva ?

Simple way to create Table in Canva

Canva is an online design and visual communication platform with a mission to empower everyone in the world to design anything and publish anywhere.

So, today we will create a very simple table in Canva step by step.

Step 1 : Go to canva.com 

Step 2 : In the top right corner, you can see a "Create a design" button. Click on that. A drop down menu will appear with various presets. You can choose any of these presets. But, in my case I want custom size so, click on custom size.

Step 3 : After clicking on "Custom size", enter your custom size. Here, I am entering 2000 × 2000 px. Then, click on "Create new design".

Step 4 : Now, a new window will open with all the tools, elements and everthing that you need for designing. This screen is also called the editing workspace.

Step 5 : Now, we will create table using Lines and Rectangle. Click on "Elements" and select rectangle. But, when you will select rectangle it will look like this as shown below.

Step 6 : Now, we have to remove the fill colour of this rectangle to make border. So, click on the small color box appearing on the top toolbar.

Step 7 : Now, click on the "No Colour" as highlighted below. I think your rectangle is disappeared now.

Step 8 : Now, to make border, click on the border button as shown below.

Step 9 : Here you can make your border style accordingly. Also, you can adjust border weight and border corner.

Step 10 : Now, you are almost done. Just you have to do is adjust this rectangle and with the help of line tool you can make this table like this as shown below.

So, this is just an example. You can use your creativity to make table better than this. Also, you can use the templates available in canva.
