Student life is a period of learning good things. Social service is a selfless work. When we do some work for others without any reward, it is called social service. It requires spending our time and energy for the sake of society.
We learn social service from nature. It gives us so many things free of cost. The sun gives us light and heat free. The moon gives us free light and coolness. Nature has provided us free air and water. It also gives us rain without ny cost. Rivers and streams give us water and in turn do not get any money from us.
Student can do social work on holiday and during summer vocations. They can teach illiterate men and women. They can go to villages and help the villagers to clean the streets.
The students can learn from mother Teresa and Bhagat Puran Singh to service he sick. They can do social service of any kind. This will make them good citizens.
