I beg to say that my father is a poor man. He has a family of seven members. My grand parents are also living with us. They are old. They cannot earn anything. My younger sister is also school-going. His monthly income is only five thousand rupees. He is not in a position to pay my fees. I request you to grant me full fee concession.
Last year too, I was a free student. I stood first in the 7th class. I am also the captain of school hockey team. All the teachers are pleased at my work. Kindly allow me fee concession. I shall be obliged and thankful to you.
