The residents of Ram Nagar are experiencing a very serious problem regarding the supply of water. The water supplied in the area is very polluted and it gives a foul smell. It is feared that some sewage leakage is making its way into the water supply line. Many people have already fallen ill, and there is a possibility of some epidemic breaking out in the area.
We have requested the Cantt Board officers many times to look into the matter and do the needful, but all in vain. Perhaps through your columns, this letter could help to awaken the authorities from their deep slumber.
