The elephant is a huge animal. It is found in forests. The elephant has a huge body. Its eyes are very small. The ears are big as fans. The tail is short. It has a long trunk and two white tusks. The elephant is a very strong animal. It is very fond of water and mud. The elephant loves to eat sugarcanes.
Wild elephants are caught in forests with great difficulty. Then they are trained to do heavy work. They are used for riding and carry loads. In olden times elephants were also used in wars.
